I just finished Reign Returned by Katie Keridan, and I’m absolutely in love with this book! This young adult romantasy swept me into a world of magical realms, forbidden powers, and a captivating romance.

Kyra and Sebastian are such compelling characters. Kyra’s gentle nature paired with her forbidden power makes her journey fascinating. And then there’s Sebastian—he’s fiery, impulsive, and determined to uncover the truth about his destiny. Together, they are two sides of the same coin, and watching their relationship develop was such a treat.

Can we talk about the Cyphers? Batty, the mischievous little bat with his sweet tooth, completely stole my heart. His adorably cheeky personality and charm made him one of my favorite characters. And then there's Nerudian, the dragon, who adds an exciting twist to the story that took me by surprise. I always love dragons, but Nerudian brings a unique depth to the plot.

The world-building in Reign Returned is stunning. Keridan has crafted a beautifully detailed universe filled with rich lore, captivating magic systems, and complex political tensions. I was completely immersed in the realms of Aeles and Nocens, eager to explore more of the secrets they hold.
