I absolutely loved being back in this world and getting a deeper look into the gods and their dangerous games. Paesha’s journey was filled with tension, mystery, and unexpected twists, making it impossible to put this book down.

Thorne was an incredibly compelling character, and the push-and-pull between him and Paesha kept me hooked. Their dynamic was full of sharp banter, slow-burning chemistry, and secrets neither of them was ready to share—which made every interaction feel electric.

Beyond the romance, the world-building was rich and immersive, with layers of mythology, power struggles, and eerie, all-knowing gods who constantly test Paesha at every turn. The twists were deliciously unpredictable, and I loved uncovering the secrets woven into the story.

While this book is a standalone, I’m so excited that Paesha’s story isn’t over yet. If you love dangerous bargains, morally gray characters, and slow-burn tension wrapped in a lush, magical world, Nevermore is a must-read!
